The World Championships of mountain bike and trial Vallnord 2015 are approaching. The season has begun and riders are already tucked in competition, having already started the World Cup this year.
The tracks of the World Championships have been designed some years ago, have gone through three World Cups held in this wonderful Andorran location, but it is always important to check that everything works and listen to the different parties involved in this great show: curators, descenders and security professionals. That is why on 2nd and 3rd May the Vallnord DHI Catalan Cup will stop at Vallnord Bike Park La Massana (Andorra) for the UCI C2 downhill and scoring for the Catalan Cup.
Participants will enjoy a course with an upper part very physical, followed by new leaps in the intermediate part that will make the most spectacular downhill. The lower part adds a yet unrevealed part that has not been proven in race so far and that will exceed the 4 minutes of course.
Some of the best descenders have already confirmed their attendance. The current World Cup champion, the British Josh Bryceland and Greg Minaar an expertised rider carrying a decade tucked into the global top ten. Among the Spanish riders highlights the presence of Bernat Guardia, 4 times Champion of Spain and dozens of tests World Cup behind him.
The best specialists can not miss the opportunity to get close to Andorra to experience the circuit that will run the most important, 2015. Registration are available on the website of the Catalan Cycling Federation race.
