26″ Trial competition of the UCI Mountain Bike & Trials World Championships which take place in Vallnord Bike Park La Massana has crowned the French Vincent Hermance as Trial 26″ World Champion. Hermance regains the world throne that had already conquered in Junior category, and as Elite in 2007 and 2013. The final was very tight with the British Jack Carthy, silver medal, who had led the semifinal and aspired to his second world title after the one achieved in Junior category last year. The bronze medal has been for the Belgian Kenny Belaey, who has penalized 26 points, three more than the world champion.
In Junior category the title was for the French Nicolas Vallee who has defeated the German Dominik Oswald by 6 points to 8 on an exciting journey. Vallee was the best in the semifinal and was favorite after having penalized only in one point in one of the areas. The podium was completed by French Nicolas Fleury.
